THE BALKAN BAKERY – THE LEADING COMPANY FOR BAKED PRODUCTS

The first bakery was established on 1936 in Bulgaria and on 1988 it was relocated to Israel under the brand name of "The Balkan Bakery". It is a leading company in the field of baked products which serves hundreds of satisfied customers all over the country. Our factory produces frozen baked produces ready for baking with different filling. The first bakery became through the years a successful factory thanks to its special recipes combining excellent raw material and handwork.

The factory is located in Israel and employs 90 workers

• Our products are marketed under the brand name of "The Balkan bakery" and some of our produces are marketed under the private labels of local big companies. These local companies are selling their products to retailers from the trade such as bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, delicates, hotels etc.

• The Balkan Bakery is producing a special Kosher line of products to the
religious customers according to all the religious regulations.

• The Balkan Bakery is acting under the supervision of the international strict regulations ISO 2001

• The Balkan Bakery is not compromising on top quality raw material. We act under sever standards for supply of a quality merchandize which is the bases of our remarkable baked products.

• The Balkan Bakery products are hand made with minimal interfering of machines with special recipes from the first bakery house of the family in Bulgaria. These incredible raw material and hand made work contribute to a fabulous authentic taste and an excellent quality.

• Customers service and telemarketing service is directly responsible for a warm professional and polite contact with the customers. The computerized telemarketing service is receiving orders and data and transferring it to the logistic center that is responsible for the delivery of the products to the clients.

• The operation division in the Balkan Bakery is responsible to the distribution of the goods. It strictly protects the freshness of the goods while storing it and delivering it in a frozen method. We utilize a new computerized freezing system.
The operation division has a computerized control system that helps in the distribution of the products according a set timetable.
The customers receives the goods in real time, with excellent quality and professional polite service.
